Dipti’s legacy in the Sales world began with a blank canvas. From her humble begnings, she ascended to weave a rich tapestry of Senior Leadership roles. As a leader, Dipti managed cross-functional teams of 40+. Her coaching and mentoring transformed raw talent into deal-closing dynamos. A multi-year contract renewal with doubled revenue was a testament to her leadership. She deftly managed an Enterprise & Mid-market portfolio with an impressive annual revenue of A$60 million.

Dipti’s strategic vision extended beyond revenue figures. She transformed a modest subscription portfolio into a powerhouse, surpassing A$154 million annually. Her foresight and adaptability were instrumental in this meteoric rise. Her industry journey was a tapestry of experiences. From the dynamic world of SaaS to the ever-evolving Telco landscape, she navigated eLearning, Contractor Management, Wellness, Insurance, and Records Management with equal finesse. She orchestrated the setup of the 

SMB business for a large organisation, meticulously crafting every stroke. From product launch to marketing strategies, GTM planning, and a comprehensive sales toolkit, she breathed life into this venture.

 

Dipti’s academic journey was equally impressive. Armed with an MBA in Finance, a Bachelor’s in Commerce (Marketing major), and another in Law, she embodied the fusion of business acumen and legal finesse. Beyond the boardroom, Dipti co-authored the ‘Big Book of Career Doodles: 87 Visual Ideas to Inspire a Great Career’.  Her passion for nurturing talent extended to mentoring at VicICTWomen Melbourne and the University of Melbourne.
